[relaxng-user] Cannot fetch the Relax-NG spec ?

Relax NG itself is a published ISO standard.

Relax NG Compact is nearly there, but is not expected to differ from the
draft in its final stages.

It's possible to keep track of the various parts of DSDL (aka ISO 19757)
at http://www.dsdl.org/
